Grace was kind and polite. She was informative and was able to explain all the terms and conditions. As we needed the storage to move house it was quite a hectic time and Grace made us feel relaxed.

Gave low score because was given incorrect entry code for out of hours access at West Norwood branch. Spend excess time in the cold trying to get rntrance to have items unloaded..cost me extra. Very unhappy about that. Cause a lot of stress and eventually helped via emergency contact person.
