Excellent service. Intelligent and reassuring staff, very well informed and good humoured. I think the person I spoke to most recently was Natalie, but everyone I have met there has been excellent.

Friendly and efficient customer service - to be honest, probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Grace, Nathalie and Leonie at BYS West Norwood were ALL charming, helpful and incredibly efficient. Wonderful!

Danielea was very friendly and answered all my questions. The room was exactly as I'd expected it to be and the process of moving in was very straightforward.

Customer service. I have dealt with four different people at the West Norwood store and all were very good.

The admin and call team at the depot were excellent and helpful. On my second visit within the same day, there were no large trolleys available and only 1 small trolley at 4pm on a Saturday . I was directed by a staff member to look for one on the ground floor where I found one fairly quickly but other clients were also in need of a trolley and that area needs to be better provided for or managed. I appreciate that people may use trolleys and then leave them on various floors but as there were only 3 vehicles parked and using the facilities , I would have expected more trolleys to be available at any time.

Your staff at the store are extremely friendly and helpful. I can't fault them.
