Leonie supported me on my arrival with very good advise on all available products. She kindly explained me clairely The terms and conditions to the best of her knowledge. Therefore I am giving her 5 * customer service. I took 20 ft storage for half price for 8 weeks after that we can negotiate again. I can say that she knows how to sell and keep customers. I will give her again 5*.

Grace the customer service on the front desk was so nice to deal with. The storage unit is easy to get around. Very modern, clean and friendly environment. Lots of useful packaging equipment on offer.

I was dealt with by Leonie throughout who was excellent. I had to change my booking at the last minute as I had more items than I thought, but Leonie was able to get me a very good deal. She was very helpful and lovely to deal with.

I was greeted by Grace who was warm, welcoming friendly but professional. She explained everything in detail to ensure all was understood. Definitely would recommend to a friend. Thumbs up for Grace.
