Very friendly staff, informative and helpful and made us feel welcome.

I found it very straight forward. I found them to be very attentive - I'd received chase up phone calls to confirm my place there. I had all my questions answered and the staff were particularly friendly and helpful. I had dealt with Samie and Dan.

Natalie was extremely helpful and she very organised when i asked several questions also se offer me a moving help if i need someone who can help. The service is very professional and i feel myself very familiar with yellow storage even if its my first renting.

Danieola and Samie were great with their advice and help during check in. I would have given perfect score except our out of hours access code didn't work but Samie swiftly sorted so it was all good in the end. Great service.
