It was very easy to arrange storage at short notice at a reasonable price. We took the 50% student offer for up to 8 weeks to store possessions during the summer holidays that would not fit back at home. The staff were very efficient and personable.

Excellent reception and good information resources. Initial budget kept going up. For instance I have to purchase the key for 13 pounds too high. Will be nice o have one staff at lift lobby.

Very good customer service

I didn't do a huge amount of market research so can't comment on whether Big Yellow is the best or not, but I was very pleased with it and the staff were helpful and friendly.
