Danielle explained everything perfectly, helped me and showed me the unit and checked i was 100% happy before asking me to sign anything. The out of hours service was really easy to use and i found the whole thing easy and stress free

Because the staff were cheerful and helpful. Moving is a drag was nice to feel they listened to what i wanted and gave me honest advice about storing my stuff.

Grace was kind and polite. She was informative and was able to explain all the terms and conditions. As we needed the storage to move house it was quite a hectic time and Grace made us feel relaxed.
