people were efficient but not empathetic. The girl on the phone (Anna) was far more interested and helpful.

Very professional, with a feeling of safety. Once I was informed of the self service it was easy to access.

The staff were very friendly and showed me a selection of rooms before I made my choice. On completion day, I was again shown to the room (to confirm my choice), and shown how to gain access and leave the premises.
