Customer reviews for West Norwood Self Storage

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and the service provided is great. Really easy convenient way of storing items.

I was looking for a hassle free way of storing my household belongings whilst i'm between places. From day one I found the staff friendly an helpful. Within minutes I was up and ruuning and could use my space.

We had to arrange storage at the VERY last minute and were delighted by the lack of hassle, combined with really friendly and helpful people that helped us get everything sorted and stored very quickly at Big Yellow. Thanks.

I had to move outside of London and to a smaller flat. In the two months that I used the facilities in West Norwood the staff were always extremely professional and friendly too. Yann and Aurelilia that worked only during the weekends were really helpful and had a personal touch that made the difference. Thanks again, Luis

The staff are great, always very friendly, helpful and entertaining. They never fail to brighten up a miserable afternoon of moving boxes!

I have just moved and needed to put excess storage closeby where I could come and go into my storage whenever I liked. The service was excellent everything was explained to me the security is second to none and the storage is spotless. In my experience I have stored before in other places and yellow storage is far by the best. I will certainly use this when ever I need to and recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

Big Yellow helped alot as I was moving home and needed to down size. The staff are friendly and very helpful and made me and my family feel at ease.

Faultless service: clean, secure premises; perfect- sized space was offered; friendly staff and best rates.

Having used Big Yellow twice over the last two years I only have good things to say. Friendly and very helpful staff, good rates and easy access. I would recommend them happily to my friends.

I have used Big Yellow twice. Once on moving house and needed somewhere to keep everything while new house was renovated and again as an overflow for things that I want to keep but not necessarily use all the time. It has been very useful
