Had to use storage inbetween houses, and Big Yellow were the nearest place. Staff very helpful, down to working out how much storage we actually needed, and changing the booked room on the day. Check out was trouble free too, just gave the notice, turned up and that was it. Great service would recommend, and would use again - but hopefully I won't have to!

I was going through the stresses of moving flats, and I had no where to put my househole belonings whilst I was in between flats. I had no idea what the Big Yellow Storage was really about, as I had never used them before. As there is a store just down the road from me, I popped in and asked what is was all about and wether or not it could benefit me. The staff is West Norwood are extremely helpful and very infomative, answering every question i had with enthusiam and politeness. The process of storage there is exetremly easy and straight forward, and the security there is at its maximum. I left that afternoon feeling like a whole weight as come off my shoulders, and I have been telling everyone about Big Yellow Storage ever since! They really put me at ease!
The Staff at Big Yellow West Norwood are very helpful. They didn't try to sell us the biggest unit they could, we actually ended up getting the smallest unit they have, which is working out fine. They also supplied us with packing materials at a reasonable price. The storage unit itself is clean and dry, as well as secure. The first time I accessed the unit out of hours, I set the alarm off, as I got confused with when I was supposed the enter my pin. There was an announcement on the tannoy asking me to call security from the life to confirm it was me and it all just works.

I have had a storage unit at West Norwood for 18 months and during the last 3 months I have reduced the size of my storatge unit twice. This could have been a painful experience. However, the staff at West Norwood made it easy. Their desire to help and friendly nature, combined with their professional attitude made the experience almost fun. If all the other Big Yellow Stores are staffed by the same calibre of people I would not hesitate in recommending any of my friends and family to store their valued possessions at Big Yellow.
