To support the Cash For Kids charity, a quiz night sponsored by Armadillo Self Storage Dundee raised over £2,000 for a great cause. Over 200 people and 40 teams went head-to-head in the annual competition at Fairmuir Social Club with Bowman’s Golden Girls being awarded the trophy for the winning team.
The Cash For Kids charity has been established to support thousands of children across the region who suffer abuse or neglect, are disabled and have special needs or simply need a little extra care or guidance. Every single penny that they raise is changing lives for the better and provides a helping hand to youngsters when and where they need it most.
Our own Derek Smith from Armadillo Self Storage Dundee presented a cheque for £2,020 to Tay FM’s Stewart Webster which has been awarded to Cash For Kids.
