Extremely friendly staff, Neil greatly helped me and my friend in setting up our unit and ensuring we understood the security procedures we needed to follow. Check out process was simple and straightforward and the storage unit was clean and easy to access, would definitely reccomend to anyone looking for storage.

Poppy was amazing when explaining how the system works and so clear in her instructions. She went above and beyond to make sure it was a good experience and answered all the questions I had. She was so friendly and made everything so easy. Cannot recommend this storage place enough if they have a place free!
