Robert at Big Yellow Balham was excellent. Very friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient. He is a credit to the name of the company and he cared about every aspect of making sure that everything went smoothly for us. We will always use the Big yellow Balham just to see Robert again . He is very professional and cared about every detail. Thank you Robert.

Samantha and Anthony were incredibly helpful in upgrading me from a smaller to larger unit. I was given "offer" prices, even though I am a longstanding customer. The process was slick and everything was sorted very efficiently. Big thumbs up and thanks to you both!

I was only at the unit a few times during my stay but every single time there was a friendly, helpful member of staff ready to assist with any issues or questions. In particular, Samantha was just amazing! She was always smiling, went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful. If there were more people like Samantha in the world, it would certainly be a much better place!
