Friendly and hospitable people very respectfully staff

The storage facility was very clean and neat, and Samantha, who was assisting me with my check in, was very helpful in explaining the terms and conditions, and helping me understand what I was signing up for.

Samantha at Big Yellow Storage Balham was an absolute pleasure to work with. We bonded over having the same name and from the moment I first phoned to when I put my belongings in the storage locker, Samantha gave me confidence that Big Yellow cared for me and my items. Samantha's warmth, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile to make the moving process smooth and stress-free was super appreciated. Especially during a time where what could've felt like a stressful task (i.e. moving) was made simple and even pleasant knowing there was a friendly face who you could have a laugh with to ease any stressors of moving! I also appreciated that Anthony (the manager - apologies if I've misspelt the name!) recognised me by my voice from our phone call and said goodbye as he walked out the door at the end of his shift, despite not knowing what I look like. Both Samantha and Anthony's approach to customer service really made me feel the same sense of care you get when you go over to your parent's house. I absolutely would recommend Samantha and really hope she (and Anthony) receives this feedback as their approach and style really did make my week.
