I can’t recommend the customer service enough with the Balham self storage. Both Samantha and Anthony have been absolutely wonderful and made, what could be a very stressful experience moving all my flat into storage, it a seamless experience. Would highly recommend

I used my storage room for five months and was delighted with the service. Natalie (who made my initial booking over the phone) was friendly, helpful and efficient. Unlike some other similar services, her sales approach was relaxed and flexible, never pushy. Whenever I came to collect or unload items into my unit the reception staff Natalie, Samantha, Charlene and Anthony were so smiley and helpful. I would highly recommend the Big Yellow Storage Co, Balham.
