Very helpful and knowledgable team

The two people on the reception yesterday (8th July) at Balham Big Yellow were fantastic. I can’t remember their names unfortunately!

The check in was very easy and quick and we were able to upgrade our room with no hassle

Big Yellow is great but what made it for me was the fantastic staff at the Balham branch Tez, Tim and Anthony. They are so lovely... I could not have asked for a friendlier more supportive team. I have a disability and they went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for me. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking storage in South London to use this branch, they are a credit to.

Everything was easy from start to finish. Website, process, staff (especially Tim at the Balham branch - super helpful and nice).

Ease of use and access. Main differentiator was how great your staff were - I was mainly looked after by Tehzeen Adat who was fantastic, but her colleague was also great.

Both Tim and Anthony were really helpful both via phone and email, taking time to clearly explain a breakdown of the pricing, and everything else to consider. Anthony patiently showed me different room options, helping me decide what was best for our needs. The whole process felt very smooth and easy, and I had time to consider all options. Both Anthony and Tim are very friendly and approachable -thanks both!
