Tim was an absolute delight and was incredibly helpful throughout all stages of the process.

Just checked in yesterday at Balham BYS and Tez was a lifesaver, made a very stressful day much easier with amazing customer service - explaining every detail and helping me get to grips with how to use the service. She also went through each cost of my invoice and assisted me with things like getting a padlock, instructions on how to navigate late access and showed me around my unit. Would thoroughly recommend using this branch and asking for Tez. She's a legend! 10/10 employee!!

Process was very easy especially with online check in. The store was easy to navigate and Staff were friendly and helpful too.

And I was lucky enough to have Tim again when we finally came to the day for me to start my contract and after much deliberation choose then right “room size” for me!
