Timothy Adeuyan is fantastic great Sales Advisor person he really help me and my uncle to fine a perfect storage for my 83 year old grandmo.

My first experience with Big Yellow Storage by a way of the Balham brance has been excellent. From the initial booming process, to the follow up steps where I am able to check in online, add my inventory and watch the online introduction videos (Which were well presented and exceptionally helpful) right through to my first visit to the Branch to sign the view the room, sign the contract and make payment. Anthony Lai was very helpful and on my 2nd day visit to actually move my goods into storage a pleasant young man on Reception named Tim was fantastic in answering some additional questions that I had, he promptly unlocked the room for me and guided me through the important process of re-arming the security alarm when I was leaving the facility all with a friendly attitude and warming smile on his face. What I thought would be a complex experience has proven to be very easy and I wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again in the future and I would most definitely recommend this to others.

Great welcome. Friendly atmosphere. Anthony measured the unit and my furniture before I took it upstairs which was very helpful to check it it would fit. He also gave clear instructions re code etc.
