Great service, very easy to use

Very good experience but when showing the allocated space showed alternatives that were more appropriate.

Clear explanation of contract and how to use the storage. Friendly customer service and very quick to be served. Felt like I was very clear what I signing up for.

The whole experience was seamless! The atmosphere was calming, which was great for what was a stressful day. I loved the music! However the best part was Tez she was SO friendly and helpful, thank you so much!!

The adviser Tim was very polite and courteous and helpful. He explained my contract thoroughly and in detail and it went very well.

Nathalie was very helpful and upgraded me from a 40ft room with sloping roof to an ordinary one.

Your staff have been friendly and helpful from the moment that we booked. In particular Tez was brilliant checking us in - she was even helpful on the phone ahead of time, as we had a very stressful moving day. She was solutions oriented and really made us feel as though things were going to be okay!

Tez was so helpful with the check in process and helped me to save some money as the storage unit size I’d originally opted for was too big. She showed me to my unit and was really thorough in ensuring I had all the info I needed
