Natalie at reception has been so helpful, friendly and informative - made the check-in process super easy and gave me a lot of information for the rest of my rental with Big Yellow - really helpful and reassuring!

Every member of the store team I've dealt with from initial quote to checking in have been really great - helpful, informative and polite.

Anthony made the entire process so easy, was patient and extremely friendly. One of the best customer service experiences I have had.

Natalie talked me through everything really well, and was really honest and open about my options. Using the space is really easy as well.

I first called Big Yellow Finchley - Lanzi was very helpful suggesting that a BY near my new house would be better and recommended Balham as being cheaper than others in the area. He also gave me 2 good removal firm referrals, one of which i used and was excellent. Johana Melendez in Balham was really helpful. All my glasses in the move had been packed in the morning and I was thirsty, but without me requesting anything she offered me a glass of water.

Jo was very helpful from initial phone call to meeting in person to go over the final bits of info before showing me how to sign in and out of the system. Balham site very convenient.
