Natalie talked me through everything really well, and was really honest and open about my options. Using the space is really easy as well.

I first called Big Yellow Finchley - Lanzi was very helpful suggesting that a BY near my new house would be better and recommended Balham as being cheaper than others in the area. He also gave me 2 good removal firm referrals, one of which i used and was excellent. Johana Melendez in Balham was really helpful. All my glasses in the move had been packed in the morning and I was thirsty, but without me requesting anything she offered me a glass of water.
