Would just like to say that Samii was a legend and explained the process clearly and precisely in a friendly and approachable way.

It's been great. Every time I've spoken to someone they've been incredibly helpful and flexible. Samii on check in was awesome, really friendly and made me feel super comfortable leaving all my stuff in the storage space.

Everything including the initial enquiry was handled in a professional and efficient manner.

Was so simple and easy to book my storage unit in advance, I was given a great deal and when I had questions a member of the team got back to me straight away. It was a good system to fill in online check in which made it speedy when I got there. Anthony was so kind to stay a bit late to let me in as we didn't realise the closing time and gave us everything we needed to get set-up and into the unit.
