Was so simple and easy to book my storage unit in advance, I was given a great deal and when I had questions a member of the team got back to me straight away. It was a good system to fill in online check in which made it speedy when I got there. Anthony was so kind to stay a bit late to let me in as we didn't realise the closing time and gave us everything we needed to get set-up and into the unit.

I had originally reserved at Access but was disappointed by their customer service approach. Did not explain the contract, did not return calls and sent a proforma invoice for double the original phone quote! I rang Big Yellow and was very impressed with detailed information and quote and reserved immediately
