Efficient friendly

Charise was extremely helpful and made a stressful move as smooth as possible for me!

The team at the store were so friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of clear instructions and were keen to be of help when I last minute required extended hours access

This is the second time that I use this storage and like the first time Tim took care of my practice, as usual he was friendly, very nice and more than useful!

Incredible customer service! I had not checked to see that the bank holiday times were different (4pm) than the usual and had planned to arrive at 4.30pm. I received a call at 3.15pm checking that I was on my way. I highlighted I could only make it by 3.50pm which would usually be too late to check in. Paula stayed behind after closing time to help me complete all the necessary paperwork & H&S plus show me around the facility. She did a fantastic job and sacrificed her time to help me out and save me a lot of potentially wasted effort. Facilities also seem great, safe and clean and easy to get around. Overall a 10/10 from me! Thanks, Charlie B
