From my first contact to enquire about the possibility of booking,all the way through to the delivery and storage of my possessions the process was made very easy by the prompt replies,the good preparatory information,the good advice about a reliable moving company,and the pleasant professional and knowledgable people with whom I dealt. Big Yellow staff and moving company GoVan took the pain out of a stressful move, and we were fortunate to deal to deal with Lee of GoVan and Diego his employee and with Sharice of Big Yellow.

Charise in the office and Debbie on the phone were amazing. The recommended movers, Earl and his team were so helpful and prompt. All in all not just a professional team across the board but personable and helpful as well.

The gentleman that served me, was informative and so helpful! He is an absolute ideal staff member, I was never confused, and covered all questions. He was even sarcastic and made a few jokes! Great customer service for that reason alone I would this service and recommend it again!

It was smooth and extremely informative. Charise Abdulie the Sales Adviser was very helpful and she delivered the information regarding the necessary details perfectly ad clearly. Quick registration and Karen showed me where my storage was. Quick and expert response by Karen and Paula when there was an accident ( Young man epileptic fit ) when I was alone at the scene on the third floor. Well organized with code system of entry and exiting the building
