I've used Big Yellow twice now, and on both occasions it's been excellent. Helpful and friendly staff, great rates and discounts, perfect sized rooms with excellent security.
I dealt with 3 different members of the Big Yellow team, two on the phone to arrange my storage and move in and then one at the storage centre. Everybody was really really helpful and friendly and nothing was a problem, they were very clear about everything including the insurance and I felt like that helped me to get a really good deal for my storage.
A warm welcome from Paula who explained it all very clearly .... she showed me the room straight away so I was confident it was the right size for my needs .... The paperwork was quite straightforward .... even a cup of tea as we completed the forms! We chatted away about our love of dogs .... a comfortable experience .... I was happy with the whole thing. Highly recommended.

Its the first time I have used such a service and I found it to be really easy. Everything online is easy to read and understand, once at the depot again everyone is really helpful.
I have never used storage before and was expecting it to be a hassle on the day but I was presently surprised. Tim from the Balham branch helped me a lot giving me all the information I needed in a quick and timely manor. He was very friendly and chatty and gave me great advice. I would definitely use this again!
