10/10 experience start to finish! Samantha and Roberto were both so so lovely and just seem like genuinely nice, kind and helpful people! Even from my first call with the general Big Yellow HQ lady, the experience was seamless, all my options were clearly explained, the access was easy and modern to use. Everything was very clean and tidy - would definitely use them again!
