Very helpful staff

I had a great professional and friendly welcome. Clearly talked through everything.

Thought it was easy friendly and efficient. I was very impressed with Nick at Wandsworth, he was exceptionally helpful and informative and he is the reason we chose Big Yellow over your competitors. We ended up using a locker at Balham for convenience and the staff were friendly but didn't match Nick in respect of his phone manner and ability to give clear and easy to understand information about the service.

Sylwia at Balham was really fabulous - she showed me everything, made me feel comfortable and relaxed after a difficult move, and was super knowledgable on Big Yellow options and prices. I am very grateful to her.

I paid for after hours access to my storage unit in Balham, but the receptionist did not explain that I needed three extra digits to my passcode to gain access after hours. I had great difficulty getting in yesterday evening. You have no after hours support and I only gained access by calling the emergency number and trying to get help from the CCTV monitoring company!! I had hired a van last night and if I had not been able to get in I would have been out of pocket with nowhere to store my goods.

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite and seemed genuinely interested in discussing and meeting our needs rather than just selling space. It has been one of the best customer service experiences I can remember and they should be congratulated.

Fantastic customer services from Damiloli and just so effortless and quick. Also thoroughly explained everything and made the whole process totally comfortable.

I was happy with the service but don't feel any more strongly about Big Yellow than I do about any other self storage companies.
