Easy to choose room size. Clear pricing policy. Discount options. Good call centre service. Good on site / checking in service. Overall smooth process.

I did the higher score because Charise and Paula (Balham) are two lovely ladies with a high good customer service level, they were very patient to go through all the explanation on how it works, I am a first time user of Big Yellow Storage and I'm very happy with the service.

Charise was very helpful and I appreciated the time she took to show me around and make sure I knew everything necessary. She was patient and told me about the extras without seeming too salesy. Thank you
