I was unsure of what type of unit to take but the assistant Sylwia was extremely knowledgeable and very patient and helpful. She took time to guide me through the process & made everything so easy. She was extremely friendly and went out of her way to assist me. 10 out of 10 for her customer service.
Very reasonable prices, convenient and easy access. The 2 staff members we dealt with, Tim and Paula, were excellent, helping us to carry our storage items due to a faulty lift, so as to not to delay us.
It was so easy and straight forward. Tim explained the process clearly as id never put anything into storage before. He was really helpful on the day too.
