It was friendly and efficient but the process to rent a room and move in did seem quite lengthy

Very pleased with all aspects of the process. I took advantage of the 8 week 50% discount which was great but I do think that otherwise there would have been cheaper options with some of your competitors.

Having stored previously with Access I would compare BYB positively - friendly, helpful and professional.

I felt very pleased with Gemma as my "check in" person.. she was great.. I dis not know that I would need to outlay so much money up front (although a lot will come back to me) and this kind of threw me; as I had to pay full price upfront for 8 weeks, even though I only need four weeks, to get the 50% off deal... that was not very clear on your web site
