It's been a pleasure dealing with Big Yellow. The staff are friendly, the cost is great value for money and the facilities are brand new - there is lots of parking too.

I dreaded having to move my things into storage but the staff here made it so easy. Slywia was friendly and helpful and made the process as smooth and hassle free as it could be. My allocated unit was directly opposite the lifts so it couldn't have been simpler to take my stuff in from the van. Not only did I get 100sq ft for a better price than the 75 I enquired into but I also took advantage of the 50% off for the first 8 weeks too. Overall, very pleased!

You have to speak with Nick - so so hekpful - good old fashion customer service - an individual who was ope to negotiation, came back with a really excellent competitive rate and his personalised customer service approach was an absolute joyful experience, Thank You

Clear & easy to use website. Good telephone back up. Excellent staff at site. Very clean, tidy and awesome set up on arrival - very quick & easy to check in. Overall extremely impressed. The only downside (which is not Big Yellows fault!) is the truly dreadful drive down from the River - took me as long to do the drive from just north of the River than to do all the loading/offloading pretty much. But half the price of the Fulham depot - hence my choice of Balham.

I arrived at Big Yellow after a long drive from Liverpool in thick fog. The staff were very helpful .I was offered a cup of tea on arrival and as my mobile phone battery had gone flat was offered the chance to recharge it. The staff were patient and clear in explining the service etc Excelllent customer service!

Very easy to book, staff is attentive and happily answered all questions. Deals are as advertised, everything is explained and set up quickly. Makes moving easy and nearly painless!

In a time when customer service seems to have disappeared and hidden costs are the norm, my experience with the staff and facilities at Balham were a wonderful surprise. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and extremely courteous. They suggested alternatiives and less expensive solutions and proved to be the bright spot in what had been a stressful period caused by a botched house move. The facility is easy to access and so clean! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Big yellow storage facilities are clean, welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and one can converse with ease. The flexibility of the storage units is great and you are not charged for changing your mind if you need to move to a smaller or larger unit. I like easy access after closing and the parking facilities is excellent and the security. I would use Big Yellow again and recommend Big Yellow to friends and family.

First time use of a storage facility. Very impressed with how well organised and clean the place was. Easy to unload onto trolleys and wheel into large lift then wheel straight round to my unit. The receptionist was very helpful in explaining the system to me and showed me my unit before I signed. Would definitly use again and highly recommended.
