We received such a personalised service from Diana. She talked us through each stage and was clear and informative throughout our checking in, yesterday. Fantastic customer services. Henry at the unit is also friendly and welcoming. A great team and asset to Big Yellow!

Handled very well and professional, the big yellow team was a big help. Henry in particular helped me with everything and made me feel big yellow was the best option for storage.

Guy that called us after we enquired was very nice. I have forgotten his name, but he was very good and polite. He also gave us a nice service when visited onsite to have a look at the Unit and sign the paperwork. I will definitely commend his service and approach to customers, being an employer myself.
