While my experience once I got the site was very positive, the process building up to it wasn't. It was very confusing how far ahead you could book things and this seemed to be a constantly moving feast. Also the estimate of how much space I would need was wildly off (i had booked a space based on what the site recommended two bed house, when I was moving stuff from a two bed flat so already had given wiggle room and I ended up needing nearly twice the space despite not having a terribly full property)

Awesome. Your man at the Barking branch (Henry?) was beyond helpful. Friendly, happy, informative - couldn't ask for me. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Henry was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He called me to advise me on the costings and I was all set up with my storage location within the afternoon.

Henry dealt with my case. From my first inquiry online, he gave me a call and explained all the details in an easy to understand way. Then with follow up calls to make sure I was aware of the closing time due to the holidays.

The operative whom processed my check-in was very thorough in explaining the details ( Henry Akpapunam) and after viewing my original unit found a more appropriate unit for my needs. On a subsequent visit to the store there were no free trolleys for use as some customers had taken two or three at a time. Once he had a moment free after dealing with another desk customer, and after he'd already made an public announcement call for trolleys to be returned to the ground floor, Henry took a walk around and retrieved a trolley for us, enabling our prompt off-loading in 10mins and we were complete.
