Amazing How they focus on the customer!

I came across to choose the Big Yellow based on the online chat function and how helpful and resourceful the representative was and the ability to offer me a solution and also meet my budget requirements. In all honesty the discounted 8 weeks was a big reason for choosing th e Big Yellow and unlimited access during office hours. Service at the branch was also smooth and pain free and Henry is a good asset to the Big Yellow brand, he has great customer care and focus on dealing with issues on the spot.

Henry at the barking unit was very accommodating and a lovely man. Really made me feel welcome and explained everything very well. Smooth and easy, couple of unexpected costs but very transparent as to why. Overall very happy.
