Called into Barking and spoke with Chris, extremely polite, informative and really helpful and not patronising when I told him I had no idea how big 40ft was.

It was very easily arranged and booked

It was all very straightforward and the staff handled any changes very well and to suit my circumstances.

I have talked to the receptionist at Big Yellow, and the worker who spoke to me was Mr Henry, he is a very positive person, and he convinced me to store my things in this company. I have 20 years of customer service experience and this guy spoke to me like how I’d want to speak to my customers. He is a very valuable person, and a great asset to the company Thank you!

The staff (Black guy) that I met when I initially make an inquiry for the storage was very kind and helpful, then when I eventually move in the lady I met Luckzy, took time to patiently explain things to me. Overall very satisfied with the service so far. I hope it continues this way. thank you

My initial enquired was dealt very professional from Henry the Assistant Manager that work in the BiG yellow in Barking. He told me everything about my storage I was really happy with all the information.

All perfect The guy in reception was very helpful he even climbed the stairs to third floor to show me the room as he couldn’t use lift
