My request was handled by Henry who dealt with everything in a very professional and friendly manner. He gave me an exceptional price and an offer that I couldn’t refuse. Sam handled the payment and showed me around whilst explaining everything, she was brilliant and made me very comfortable with the process as it was my first time. I needed an extra unit the next day and Sam handled everything again and gave me an amazing price that beat everyone else, in retrospect, even if she didn’t give me a good price I would have still gone back just down to her and Henry handled it all and made it very easy for me, some of the best customer service I have received in years.
