Very good. Henry was very helpful. Moving from a smaller to a larger plot.

Initial enquiry handlers well over text chat. Though he got the date of move in wrong. It wasn’t a problem and the lady who phoned me to say ‘where are you’ just changed my move in date.

From start to finish, when i called the advisor-Debbie gave her best to find be good deal. And the store team, Henri was very good and helpful. From finding the perfevt room to going through the paper work in detail.

Henry delivered excellent customer service levels which made the whole experience stress free.
