I would recommend Big Yellow to a friend or colleague because the staff has been helpful from the beginning. At first, I wasn't entirely sure what to take, but I have been well advised by Samie who asked me what I needed to store and recommended me what I think was the best option. I booked my storage with Samie, met the other team member Kiet the day after. They are always here to help in the best way possible, very professional, going through all the services that the company can offer. They both made my Big Yellow experience very simple.

The young man (Kilt) who handled my account was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful, both time I got to see him. He is a brilliant brand ambassador for you!

Easy to navigate website. Very helpful staff, who answered all questions - namely Samie and Kit.

The manager who checked me in was polite, friendly and efficient - the only comment I would have is that he persistently used my first name which I did not think was necessary. He should have asked if he wanted to use my first name - we are not friends; he had just met me and I think he should have called me Ms Matthews or nothing at all. It is a small point but it was irritating!

Good price, excellent service, and easy to book online. It would be better if the location was easier to reach from Central London.

The facilities are well organized, clean, and there was immediate availability for the unit that I required. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful, especially both Kiet and Lauren at the Battersea location who operate very professional and courteous people.
