Samie, the guy who served me was great. He was informative and was able to advise me on the best storage plan for what I required.

Kiet was so so helpful and made everything so easy for us moving our stuff in. Would definitely recommend purely based on how helpful Kiet was.

I am extremely impressed. I have interacted with Kiet who followed me through the entire process, helped me in planning, evaluating and deciding. He offered suggestions, he was always available to answer my questions and he was crucial to my decision to go with Big Yellow.
