very professional and friendly staff

Mainly due to the excellent customer service, you should be proud of Elliot and other staff from your Battersea facility. Elliot couldn't have been more friendly and helpful!

Good service i have been using big yellow for a long time.

Easy, friendly and quick.

Easy online booking, with details on the size of the room, helpful not having to check in until you are sure when you will be moving. Very helpful staff and good customer service.

Excellent service

Lots of hidden prices that I did expect but it was too late to do anything about. I have also found our that the storage unit next door is half the price and the staff werent willing to reduce the cost.
