The staff were very friendly at the local branch, when I arrived. And prior to that when I kept having to move my date there were no complaints (which was such a help in such a stressful time trying to complete on my flat sale!)

Right from the first phone call to Mike I felt very confident Big Yellow would make the process very easy. Mike explained everything very clearly and showed me where we would store our belongings. The storage area was very clean and accessible.

Everything was explained clearly by Karen and was also extremely helpful while I was filling in the forms. Check in was so easy and straight forward.
