Everything! From first enquiry to moving in

Right from the first phone call to Mike I felt very confident Big Yellow would make the process very easy. Mike explained everything very clearly and showed me where we would store our belongings. The storage area was very clean and accessible.

Everything was explained clearly by Karen and was also extremely helpful while I was filling in the forms. Check in was so easy and straight forward.

My feedback is based on my interaction with Andy. Andy, is friendly, courteous and a great ambassador. It was a pleasure meeting Andy. There was an error with my booking (date) however, Andy swiftly rectified the error and supported me with checking in.

Answered any questions or queries I had. Friendly and helpful staff. Most importantly being a wheelchair user they were wheelchair friendly. Having a unit on the ground floor was most helpful.
