The initial enquiry was handled very well, as it was only provisional at the time as we were unsure what size room we needed and the exact length of time we would need the room for. We then made a firm booking to move in on Thursday 17 September. The "checking-in" was very easy to navigate through the process. We were greeted by Deji, who took us through the final stages before moving in, he answered all our questions efficiently and was very thorough with the whole process, and then escorted us to our storage room. Deji was very friendly and helpful.

Deji is who I Dealt with at your beckenham brunch. He was more the helpfully . Showed me how everything worked and when the unit I booked first was to small he help get me a bigger unit. He took his time and Went through all the Covid procedures and where all the cleaning and hand Sanitisers where, showed me how the alarms and who to contact in out of hours. I would highly recommend anyone to go down and see deji.
