I had to cancel and rebook a few times due to house sale complications, but it was never a problem. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Once I was finally able to move in, the whole process was pain free and organised.

A first time storage hire from this particular big yellow storage. The process was quick and simple.

I booked the room online, all I have to do was just make a list of the items I was moving to the storage, all very easy, When I arrive at the Yellow store Deji and is colleague where there busy but happy to help, Everyone was very welcoming and professional, I ask few questions Dejimanage to get me the best deals and answers and all was ready for me to move :), I would like to thank Deji and colleagues for the big help and support. The booking process was very easy, and the whole process of storing my things and doing the paperwork was explained clearly to my by the member of staff I was with (Deji). Apparently I was supposed to give a weeks notice before moving my stuff in, and while I did not know of this, Deji was very understanding and let me go through with the process anyway.
