I was unsure about using self storage but at Big Yellow in Beckenham the staff were helpful, went carefully over the security arrangements and after a couple of visits I now find the whole thing very straightforward and easy to use.

I arrived one Saturday in a bit ofa frenzy, and was very pushed for time. Was helped very effiiciently by a member of staff, who made it a smooth and pain free process. After hours access is just brilliant, as it allows so much flexibility.

As a first time user of self storage I cannot fault the service provided by the Big Yellow Beckenham store. The service was friendly and efficient, the price was very competitive and the location and opening hours very convenient.

I had already used storage in USA so I was really pleased when Yellow opened at a reasonable distance. It is the best solution to one's storage problems. It is clean and safe. However, I think the service should be open from early morning till midnight without making any special arrangements.
