Big Yellow Beckenham has friendly staff and clean secure storage. Good for storing items for a short period.

I needed some quick storage space and the Big Yellow in Beckenham was close by. The staff were amazingly helpful. They patiently explained the price structure and the security procedures, they even were cheerfully helpful when I needed to change my space requirement at the last minute. Problems were the extra cost in buying out of hours access. What with al the high tech security, I would have thought 24 hour access would be possible. Another problem was lack of parking space. There were several large removal lorries parked up in the car park. I was lucky on most occassions I called, but parking was very tight due to these lorries.

The Beckenham store is excellent for me - good location, good staff, I've never had a problem. The only thing I would change is that the parking facilities are not quite up to scratch. The parking space is pretty small in the first place and it's always - I mean ALWAYS - full of large lorries which are routinely parked there for some reason. Get rid of them please!

I had a storage space for about a year. The beckenham staff were great - explained everything very clearly, showed me around, were helpful and friendly.

Found the staff at the Beckenham branch always polite and helpful both in person and on the phone. Would highly recommend the Big Yellow to all my friends and will use again myself

The staff were very informative. Advise on size of unit required was spot on. I purchased packing items from the store which were of good quality (some still being used nearly two years after moving) and again great value for money. THANKS BECKENHAM STORE
