Vanessa deserves a medal! She checked me in and sorted out paperwork for three other parties very efficiently and with great good humour. An excelent multi tasker. The paperwork is very clear. The site is easy to find with adequate parking and certainly inside, clean and clearly marked.

The staff were friendly and knowledgable about how much space I would need. They ensured that all transactions were smooth and easy. Quick and easy space just when I need it!

Functionally the service works well and the staff are excellent. I think out of hours service should be 24 hour not just till 11pm. The rental charges are obscenely high.

As a package, Big Yellow is hard to beat. The depot facilities are excellent, the staff well trained and very customer-friendly. I think it would be improved by having extended out of hours coverage included in the price. The feeling overall is of paying rather more than is comfortable, albeit for an excellent service.

We never had a problem with this centre. Whenever we needed help for whatever reason staff members where always willing to help. When my wife broke her ankle but had to go into the storage centre to sort things out with me she was given a chair which was taken up to our area so she could sit down. The service was excellent. The rooms were very good and able to take whatever we needed. We had various rooms sizes because we kept changing what we were putting in them, and the staff were always willing to show us around the place to see what room we preferred. We had very good instructions when we had to use the out of hours service. They were also very good with the security.

The whole setup is easy to use and the terms very professional. The space was clean and tidy and had easy access. I found the staff friendly and helpful. Even after I had finished using the space I was impressed that the balance of my payment was returned very quickly. I'll definitely use Big Yellow when I next next need storage facilities.

How about having a small step ladder so that shorties like me can use up all the space that they are hiring. It was quite an effort always remembering to bring one with me when I was filling up and taking home. * don't know what size - like a telephone box!!

Very Pleased with overall service and facilities but experienced marred by two negative elements which are shared in the hope that improvements can be made. The two negatives are:- 1. There have been occasions when no trolleys available - because several trolleys are being used by removal contractors - notably Caseys. 2. Lack of Parking Space due to removal vans on site - notably Caseys.

there's storage and then there's Big Yellow. Head and shoulders above the rest for one main reason- the staff. the staff at beckenham make it a pleasure to visit and they are attentive to the slightest detail. nothing seems to be too much trouble. excellent. the staff make Big Yelow!!
