used the service for about 6 months, ity was efficient when i strated the process, safe and secure and was kept informed every month when the S/O was taken. Sfift easy conclusion when I wnated to end contact as I moved our daughter to her new home.

The premises were clean, well lit and secure. The staff were helpful. The opening times on Sunday were disappointing. Parking was a problem - too many lorries parked on site taking up prime spaces.

we have got so accustom to living with the extra space its hard to see us living without it. the staff are all helpful. the sunday hours could do with some adjustment as its sunday most people have time to visit the box. the only black mark is all the furniture vans that park on the car park. Often you have to park quite away from the lift area so making the delivery /removal of goods a laborious task.
very helpful and patient staff which is the most important thing for me also it was all very simple and straight forward to not only book in with your belongings but also to book out. i felt that my belongings where safe and secure. i would use B.Y.S at beckenham again and i will always recomend them.
Using Big Yellow turned out to be a good decision - the storage facility was good, and the location was extremely convenient for my needs.
great location and friendly staff but whenever i visit the big yellow i have trouble parking as most of the parking and loading bays are full of the removal van a lot of them are not in use or there are doing maintenance on the vans.
They do make it easy. I had a small space, increased then wanted another and at every statge the staff made it easy and fitted with my requirements. That's why I've been acuatomer since they opened a number of years ago
