The staff at the Birmingham unit; James, Luke and Paul were very attentive and helpful when assisting me in finding the right size unit and securing the best rates. They have all been exemplary customer service representatives over the phone and in the store. Their friendly and jovial disposition makes the paperwork and process seem less tedious. I have used Big Yellow a few times now and I have not been disappointed.
