Luke in Birmingham is a legend. Consummate professional. Absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m supper impressed with the Big Yellow service. Excellent price and overall good service. The only major let down is that out of two elevators only one actually worked which was extremely disappointing as it meant my entire logical exercise grinded to a glacial pace as I had to wait for the only functioning lift to become available at the same time other customers were accessing the lift. Get that lift fixed asap as it’s absolutely mission critical that all lifts function!

Customer service and attention to detail by the staff was outstanding, Chris in particular was extremely helpful and informative and helped us make the right decision when looking to hire a unit.
