Online booking was simple and stress free! The customer service over the phone and in person was really great. The staff actually care about the service provided and treat you like a human and not just money for the company.

Good value for money
The storage is clean and secure. The information I received was in-depth. The deputy manager at the Birmingham store is amazing and very friendly. He makes you feel like, what is essentially just a box to store stuff in, is the most amazing thing you'll ever have.

Chris was amazing! Really helpful and made the whole checking in process really easy. Lots of advice and tips and clearly went through the procedure for accessing the storage unit all aspects of renting the room.
