The staff at the Birmingham unit; James, Luke and Paul were very attentive and helpful when assisting me in finding the right size unit and securing the best rates. They have all been exemplary customer service representatives over the phone and in the store. Their friendly and jovial disposition makes the paperwork and process seem less tedious. I have used Big Yellow a few times now and I have not been disappointed.

Chris was excellent. This was my first time using a storage unit and he talked me through the whole process very clearly, explaining everything I needed to know about access, payment, etc.

James was very helpful and explained everything really well. He showed us the storage unit and we were unsure if it would be big enough. So James kindly showed us the next size up but we did stay with the first one.

Online booking was simple and stress free! The customer service over the phone and in person was really great. The staff actually care about the service provided and treat you like a human and not just money for the company.
