James was very helpful and friendly. He showed me my unit and made sure I was happy with it. He also explained everything to me in great detail and made sure I understood what I was paying for.

Paul, James and Chris, gave me fantastic service. Let me move in my things, even after cut off time which was a life saver! Super friendly, super helpful and informed me of what to do and where to go in any given situation. Made me feel very welcome! Happy happy happy

All the options were explained extremely well and good advice was given on how to pack certain items to maximise the space available.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The vibe was wonderful and positive and I always felt that staff wanted to make things as easy as possible for me during quite a stressful time

Paul excellent customer service. Lovely greeting on my initial visit. Issue with storage space on arrival despite telephone conversation think with Sheila day before to confirm exact content, Paul very professional, awesome communication skills and quick resolution to reserved room inadequate storage space. We've been using Big Yellow in Adams St for several years now. The storage is secure, very clean and access is great. But it's the staff that really sell it to us. They are all brilliant but this time big thanks go to Paul and Sam for going above and beyond. They are both a credit to the company
