Everyone I have spoken to has been really helpful, Paul,Chris and James have helped me through the whole process.

Online booking was simple and stress free! The customer service over the phone and in person was really great. The staff actually care about the service provided and treat you like a human and not just money for the company.

This was my first experience using self storage and it was excellent! Luke was extremely informative, patient and offering excellent customer service! He made the whole experience smooth, stress free and truly enjoyable! I cannot sing higher praises for Luke and how he attends to customers.

The whole process from inquiring about the storage to the steps I needed to complete was explained and confirmed in the actions of the team.

Good value for money

The storage is clean and secure. The information I received was in-depth. The deputy manager at the Birmingham store is amazing and very friendly. He makes you feel like, what is essentially just a box to store stuff in, is the most amazing thing you'll ever have.

Chris was amazing! Really helpful and made the whole checking in process really easy. Lots of advice and tips and clearly went through the procedure for accessing the storage unit all aspects of renting the room.
