Efficient and friendly. A bit of a hassle to have to go home to complete the process and then drive all the way back again.

Very good online instructions and I loved the little video in what happens when you get to the store for the first time.

Luke was fabulous, crystal clear communication and nothing left to interpretation. Paul picked up exactly in the same manner - showing me around, multiple choices made available to suit my needs and welcome advice on long term storage of specific items. Paul also kindly arranged for exact measurements to be emailed to me as I totally forgot to do this whilst on site. Most appreciated. Samantha looked after the check in process on the go-live date. Again, made to feel welcome and plenty of advice on storage. Even threw away my waste for me!

Excellent customer service. Follow up calls, reminders, offers of assistance. All much welcomed and making the process very smooth.

The Males I corresponded with were both amazing especially luke. However, the lady was abrupt and unfriendly to both myself (vicki) on the phone and also to martin when booking in.
