From the first call and visit Chris wing could not have been more helpful and really helped me find the best deal. The storage arrangement and move in was so easy and cannot thanks Chris enough
Polite precise quick service
All the staff were very helpful, on the chat line and in store at the Birmingham Depot, They sorted everything out quickly for us. Namely: Paul, James E, Chris and on the chat line James W,
James and Chris were really helpful upon arrival. They helped me with all my queries and gave me a great price to store my goods. They really know what they’re doing over there. Great customer service! Had an amazing experience. Thank you guys!
Met with Paul, one of the great guy . Extremely helpful.
Paul was fantastic he has looked after me for years now also chris was fantastic new guy wow great staff
Luke in Birmingham is a legend. Consummate professional. Absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m supper impressed with the Big Yellow service. Excellent price and overall good service. The only major let down is that out of two elevators only one actually worked which was extremely disappointing as it meant my entire logical exercise grinded to a glacial pace as I had to wait for the only functioning lift to become available at the same time other customers were accessing the lift. Get that lift fixed asap as it’s absolutely mission critical that all lifts function!
Customer service and attention to detail by the staff was outstanding, Chris in particular was extremely helpful and informative and helped us make the right decision when looking to hire a unit.
How secure the premises are The helpful and friendly staff The option for extended access hours
Good service
