My enquiry was handled promptly, clearly and professionally by Barry over the phone. Logistics was explain, prices agreed and a reservation put in place. Barry quelled my worries and was a massive help which encouraged me to make this work. In store, Luke and his colleague for the day were lovely, very helpful, straight forward and again, made the experience a lot simpler. Big thanks to Barry, Luke and the team.

I have spoken to 3 members of the team so far- Luke, female Sam and Paul- and they have all been very helpful. They explained things clearly and happily answered my questions, and made sensible suggestions when I had problems. I have dealt with other storage companies previously and the team at Big Yellow have been head and shoulders above them in terms of customer service.

The initial enquiry was very straightforward, as indeed was the follow-up enquiry, - as the salient details had been entered into the enquiry system. Subsequent booking and move into the storage proceeded smoothly.
