Your head office staff member was friendly and efficient, and took in my comments regarding the over-enthusiastic marketing techniques of one of your competitors (they called repeatedly - your staff member made a note to avoid calling me if possible!). She talked me through options and costs, and sorted things out quickly. Your site staff were also friendly and efficient, and dealt with me smoothly and quickly, despite the extra limitations of covid precautions.

I had one of the staff (Luke) help me out throughout the process, giving me advice on my situation and booked my storage unit. Excellent

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Luke and Paul were professional, friendly and efficient. I had to increase my storage size on the day and it was all sorted within minutes, totally stress free. They made a stressful time much easier to deal with.

I struggled with online for some reason it threw me out.. But one i spoke to the store ..all went well.

Booking Big Yellow Self Storage was not that hard because at first i thought it was going to be hard but when I called them everything was easy and understand as well and i am really happy i booked with Big Yellow Self Storage.

I completed my check in with ease, the process was explained to me by the advisor Syed. The insurance terms and conditions were made clear to me as well

Really well, I'd just started sorting the room when I got a call from the staff which I thought was a bit premature at first but was actually really welcoming and helpful, everything was yeah that's not an issue we can do etc for you and clearly experienced with first timers who don't know all the details or what they'll need and this was carried forward through my whole experience so far. The website was also easy to navigate to check in online and again the staff were more than happy to go through my inventory with me and help me price it up based on their experience as I didn't really know how to value some things.

My query was handled with ease, the staff Paul was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive He maintained professionalism throughout the process

Initial enquiry was handled professionally by Sam with completed booking with Paul. Ease and understanding of the process was completed with Paul who made the experience comfortable and explained all thoroughly to ourselves.
