Really well, I'd just started sorting the room when I got a call from the staff which I thought was a bit premature at first but was actually really welcoming and helpful, everything was yeah that's not an issue we can do etc for you and clearly experienced with first timers who don't know all the details or what they'll need and this was carried forward through my whole experience so far. The website was also easy to navigate to check in online and again the staff were more than happy to go through my inventory with me and help me price it up based on their experience as I didn't really know how to value some things.

My query was handled with ease, the staff Paul was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive He maintained professionalism throughout the process

Initial enquiry was handled professionally by Sam with completed booking with Paul. Ease and understanding of the process was completed with Paul who made the experience comfortable and explained all thoroughly to ourselves.

Syed Ahmed made the whole process extremely easy and straight forward. The other staff was also friendly. I felt well served and if in need of storage I will definitely choose the storage again.

Good unit Staff helpful when considering if our stuff would actually go in due to end volume. We packed it in the end as we were advised to. Another unit offered at much higher price but we did manage to get our stuff in the unit we had already booked. Many thanks to Sam, Luke and team. Our home contents will sit there for a while whilst we wait on a new build. Safe, clean storage Thank you
